Location!
Room way too small, with only a double bed.
Pretty hotel located close to Panther valley. Probably has better accommodations than we had, because we asked for a room to satisfy a handicap.

Staff was friendly.
The room had a strong chemical smell. The alarm clock went off on its own at 5 a.m., which was very disruptive.
The location of the hotel was convenient. The staff was friendly. The hotel itself was pretty clean. My complaint is that the room had a strong chemical odor, which may have been from the carpet, perhaps from the cleaning solvent. I was pretty close to asking for another room, but it was so late when I arrived there, and I was so tired, I didn't bother. What really made the experience terrible was the alarm clock went off by itself at 5 am. I complained about that at the front desk, who proceeded to call to remind the cleaning staff to turn off the alarm clocks in the room. ...read more
